Momentum House for Men is a sober living community for men in recovery that need a supportive living environment which promotes healthy life skills and 12-step involvement.  Momentum House for Men was created by treatment professionals who recognized a need in the North Houston area for safe sober housing for men as they learned how to live life soberly.

The idea behind Momentum House is to provide a clean, comfortable, and supportive environment which provides the structure that is often lacking in the home environment where the men are accustomed to living, while also providing a supportive peer group of other men who struggle with addiction to alcohol or drugs but who are serious about making life changes.

Sober living means working a 12-Step program, following through on commitments, respecting others, being honest, and remaining abstinent from all mind-altering substances.
